Description
SAMH are offering a free 16-week behaviour change program aimed predominantly at men (although women can get involved too!) who want to improve their mental wellbeing through physical activity but lack the tools (motivation/self-confidence/resources) to do so. We will be offering one-to-one support with a behavioural change practitioner to equip individuals with the tools they need to help them become more active and improve their mental wellbeing.
Is this for me?
Criteria or restrictions
Anyone aged over 18 experiencing some form of mental health problem. The programme is primarily aimed at men but women are welcome to enquire.
Referral route
People can either contact us directly via email for a self-referral form or get referred by their GP.
Location
In the individual's community.
